Pop of colour & 90's wrap

Today I wore a very simple outfit or should I say the fashion blogger version of a simple outfit. I just realized that since I started blogging I began to think more about my outfits, before my outfits were pretty but now I feel that I give more time and effort on my outfits and I really like the result ( hope that you do to! ) today I wore bright pink oxfords from a brand called Desire London (have you tried it ?), a jelly pink matching clutch that was gifted, a studded white top from zara, some light coloured jeans that were also from zara and a mustache necklace!

I've been shopping a bit and thought I'd share with you the accessories I bought.

But first check out my guest post on A is for Ayla!

This scarf from Mango that I'll be wearing as a hair turban because hair turbans are awesome and they're my new obsession.. I picked it up because the print is crazy and I think that it'll be nice to wear in almost all the seasons. The only thing that I don't really like in this is that it has a bit of a fringe at the end. I LOVE fringe but not this tiny amount of it and not with this pattern! I can't wait to wear it as a hair turban!

I got these two bracelets while I was buying my school supplies. Who would've thought that a stationary would sell bracelets! I was so happy to get them because they look so funky and the colours of the peace signs are so bright and pretty. The only con is that they are a bit big. I like them.

MOUSTACHE NECKLACE. I just had to have it, I got it from accessorize and shortened it a bit for it to look better on me. It looks so pretty even thought I think that it would look better if it didn't have the gold detailing but I still love it.

Confessions of a oversized T-shirt-aholic

I buy A LOT of baggy an oversized T-shirts and I end up wearing them tucked in or (very often) in a 90's wrap which is the easiest way of giving any T-shirt a new look in 10 seconds! I'm not going to go on and on and on ON that technique because that'll be kinda boring! So now I guess that someone in this universe reading this right now will want to know why I buy oversized T-shirts if I don't wear them oversized-ly (if that makes any sense). So to you person who was wondering and all of you reading this: I buy them because they are so versatile! You can wear them in so many different ways and each one of these ways can totally change your outfit! So next time you see an oversized T-shirt in a shop or in your closet think about the different ways you can wear it in! On the same subject of the whole different ways thing, think outside of the box! That old button down T-shirt that's a bit big for you is probably great for layering, if you add a skinny belt to that old shapeless dress in the back of your closet it'll probably look good. I have a lot of examples but I guess that I don't have to say EVERYTHING in a post about oversized T-shirts (hahaha)!
So here's my live example of what I did in my oversized T-shirt! And if you remember I wore this same shirt in another post and tucked it in!
I'm wearing a Bershka T-shirt and ZARA shorts, for some odd reason I'm barefoot in these pictures so that's kinda strange!

Born in the wrong era

So I'm a huge Audrey Hepburn fan everything about her inspires me, her style, her quotes, her life and her movies (duhhh).
But I have to say that my favorite movie of her is Charade, it definitely proves that you have to stay strong no matter what and everything will end up working out. I would love to be a modern day Audrey Hepburn!
Apart from that I'm in love with indie pop singers like Anya Marina. If I lived in the States I would definitely love to go to Coachella but I don't so I'll have to live with that (hahaha)
My outfit today was very casual (obviously coz I'm at the beach) but the center of attention was definitely my bag that I got from accessorize if you're wondering. My top was from H&M and I paired it with some classic nothing much to it black shorts!

Outfit of the day: a night at the beach

Today I had a 4 hour long car ride to go from the city to the beach. After I arrived to the house I rested for a while then went to my grandma's. I wore a pretty puffy dress from a Parisian designer, ALDO shoes (they were so un-comfy that I had to wear them as slippers (hahaha) and I had a Marc Jacobs solid perfume ring on!
My little sister wanted me to show you her pretty little outfit so here it is! My other little cousins didn't want to but I assure you that they all looked fabulous!

Skull bracelets

I'm addicted to skulls ! I'm thinking about making a skull series, with this post, and this one and some other ones that I'm still preparing!

While I was at my family beach house a month ago a custom jewellery designer came over and made me some bracelets! It was really fun and "educational" (for any one who loves fashion and jewellery that is) to see her creative process and how she made them!

Skull T-shirt

Confession time! I love glam-ing up my old T-shirts!
I was staring at a white T-shirt for ages and finally decided to cut a skull at the back and add some fringe!
So here is the result! It was really easy to do and  I'm sure that I'll wear it at the beach before summer ends!

As you can see they are very different. I'm wearing the same outfit underneath both of them. As you can also see a jacket can transform an outfit and gives a totally different vibe. If you want I can do  15 ways to wear/style on one of these or both.

sunglasses rave

I had a weird dream, I was living in the 90's and I saw something some round sunglasses with like a gold cat eye on top (bad description sorry). So I was searching everywhere online for something like that and I found ...

They are so pretty and are for 39 $ in urban outfitters *LOVE*

Of course I couldn't stop here I had to find some other amazing sunglasses in the same ..... uhhhhmm style !

Mac blush in pink swoon review

Swatches un-blended and blended

Hey ! Today I'm gonna review my favourite summer blush, mac's pink swoon this blush is my fav summer blush because it's pigmented, bright and looks great on everyone. If you have light skin you should use a small amount of it but if you have dark skin you should use a tad more. I'm very happy with this blush it's just AMAZING.
